Foundation

Structure

  • Exterior walls 2 x 6 with an insulated wall sheathing and air barrier.

Warranty

  • Geertsma Homes Warranty is backed by the Tarion New Home Warranty which includes:
  • The home is warranted against major structural defects for seven years.
  • The home is free of defects in workmanship and materials on electrical, plumbing, heating and distribution systems, all exterior cladding, windows and doors for two years.
  • The home is free from defects in workmanship and material for one year in accordance with Tarion guidelines.
  • Tarion New Home Warranty Program enrollment fee is at Purchaser's expense.

Purchaser Notes

  • Purchasers colour choices are from Vendor's range of samples and upgrades are available at an additional charge. Maximum 2 colours for each type of finish. Westview Village reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality.

Interior Finishes

  • Quality ceramic tile floor finish in entrance foyer.
  • Plush 42 oz carpet and 7 lb. high density underpad.
  • Choice of vinyl flooring in kitchen, laundry room, powder room and bathroom, complete with underlayment.
