Warranty

- The home is free of defects in workmanship and materials on electrical, plumbing, heating and distribution systems, all exterior cladding, windows and doors for two years.
- The home is free from defects in workmanship and material for one year in accordance with Tarion guidelines.
- Tarion New Home Warranty Program enrollment fee is at Purchaser's expense.
Purchaser Notes
- Purchasers colour choices are from Vendor's range of samples and upgrades are available at an additional charge. Maximum 2 colours for each type of finish. Westview Village reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality.
